My name is Brandon Genson, and I’m a specialist in communications, social media management, photography, and writing based in Phoenix, Arizona.

While I was never much of an athlete, I found my passion in storytelling from the sidelines. At the age of 14, I began writing for local sports blogs and my high school newspaper. I further honed my craft at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. Over the past two years, I've worked as the Brand Communications Manager for the Arizona Golf Association, overseeing communications and the significant growth of their social media channels, and contributing to their magazine the Arizona Golf Insider.

In addition, I work with Fresh Tape Media as an NBA Digital Correspondent. My work has been featured on the NBA App, Instagram, X, and TikTok. As a freelance writer and photographer, my work has been featured by the USGA, Arizona State Athletics, AmateurGolf.com, and PinalCentral.
